Began Career as Quantity Surveyor

Started professional career in quantity surveying, gaining extensive experience in the quantum aspects of construction contracts.

1998 - 2010

Senior Quantity Surveyor

Served 12 years in senior quantity surveying roles across multiple organizations, building deep expertise in construction contract management.

Worked with Larsen & Toubro Limited in India, one of the largest engineering and construction companies.

Contributed to Tata Projects Limited in India, gaining experience on major infrastructure projects.

Transitioned to Contracts Manager role, focusing on construction contract management. Involved in four ad-hoc arbitrations governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman, spanning the entire arbitration process from claim submission to enforcement.
